Thank-you for visiting this site.  My name is Milton Marshall, and I am the sole owner of two Memorial Garden cemeteries for over 36 years.  I am 77 years old and I am ready to retire!  The properties are conveniently located only 35 minutes apart in growing areas, one in Hopkinsville, Kentucky and the other in Clarksville, Tennessee.  I am presenting these cemetery corporations for sale to professional individuals or companies that will continue to serve these communities while achieving their cemetery business goals.

Both cemeteries include bronze memorial, lawn crypt, and mausoleum sales programs.  Resthaven Memorial Gardens is a Funeral Home and cemetery combination business that provides the full range of services.  The buildings for the offices are onsite, with management and staff at both properties who are experienced in daily operations.  Large shops are equipped with the required burial and maintenance equipment.
